Leaving the land of snow and ice!
So it is December 24th and we leave our parkas behind in Winnipeg at 12:35. Whoot!!! We are flying United Airlines to Chicago. We have 12 hours or so hours to kill in Chicago. Bring on the Christmas Cheer and we'll sing you some carols!
Christmas Day dawns and our Taca flight leaves Chicago at 2:00 in the morning to arrive in Guatemala City at 6:30. Stay tuned for updates from Antigua where we will be sacrificing a born again virgin to the volcano Gods, right Stacey? Hoping that we will be able to post every couple of days.
